🌹YOUR WOMANHOOD ACADEMY MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

This agreement is between YOU, the Member, and YOUR WOMANHOOD (“the Academy,” “we,” or “us”).

By joining the YOUR WOMANHOOD Academy, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Membership Inclusions

As an active member, you will receive access to:

- Weekly Body Movement Classes (45 minutes) – Live at 6 AM AEST every week, with recordings available in the membership portal.

- Monthly Q&A / Healing Circles – Live on Tuesdays at 10 AM AEST, with recordings available in the portal.

- Monthly Womanhood Specialised Workshops – Covering topics related to pelvic wellness, feminine wisdom, and soul care.

- Video Library – A growing collection of on-demand training, healing, and movement videos.

-  Private Online Community – A dedicated Facebook group for connection, support, and discussions.

2. Membership Fees & Payment Terms

Your membership is available at the following rates:

- $47 per month (founding member rate)

- $470 per year (two months free)

- $997 lifetime membership (one-time payment)

This special founding member pricing is only available for the month of March.

All payments are processed automatically based on the selected plan. You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

- There is a minimum two-month commitment when joining.

- You may cancel your membership at any time after two months, with at least two weeks’ notice before your next billing cycle.

- To cancel, email [your email] or submit a cancellation request inside the membership portal.

- No refunds will be issued for past payments.

4. Member Conduct & Community Guidelines

- This is a supportive and safe space for women. Respect, kindness, and confidentiality are required.

- Any inappropriate, disrespectful, or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the Academy without a refund.

- The content provided in the Academy is for personal use only and may not be shared, copied, or distributed.

5. Disclaimer & Liability Waiver

By joining, you acknowledge that:

- The practices, teachings, and content provided are for educational and wellness purposes only and do not replace medical or professional advice.

- You are responsible for listening to your body and adapting practices as needed.

- YOUR WOMANHOOD and its facilitators are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages resulting from your participation.

6. Agreement to Terms

By signing up for the YOUR WOMANHOOD Academy, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
